Who is responsible for your information
Slotron is operated by Slotron LLC, Wyoming, United States. The company is responsible for the personal information processed to run this website and answer enquiries. You can contact us at [email protected].
We use page requests to deliver the site and investigate technical problems, and correspondence to answer questions and check reported errors. Where the GDPR applies, our basis for these activities is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website and responding to people who contact us.
What stays in your browser
Aviator saves your virtual balance, the round in progress and up to 500 rounds of personal history in localStorage. This lets you return to the same game after refreshing or closing the page. Older history is removed as the limit is reached; the storage size limit can shorten the retained history further.
- Game progress
- Saved stakes, results and a recovery checkpoint belong to this browser profile and site address. They are not linked to a Slotron account or sent to our server. There is no automatic expiry date.
- Preferences
- Sound, motion, graphics quality and stake controls are saved separately in localStorage. They remain between visits until you change them or clear the site's storage.
- Casino comparison
- The names and identifiers of up to three selected casinos are saved in sessionStorage. This normally lasts for the tab's session; browser session restoration can bring it back. Opening a comparison sends the selected identifiers and country filter in the page address.
Browser storage is separate from cookies and is not automatically attached to page requests. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see your saved game. Browser cleanup, private browsing or a different device can leave you without that history.
Export or remove your data
-
Download a copy
In Aviator's history dialog, choose 'Export history JSON'. Your browser creates the file locally. The export contains your retained round history; it is not a backup of all settings or a file you can import into the game.
-
Clear personal history
Finish the current round and stop at its boundary, then choose 'Clear demo history' in the history dialog. This clears the personal history list while keeping the balance, recovery state and recent round strip. Resetting virtual credits is a separate action and keeps your history.
-
Remove all saved site data
Close Slotron tabs, then use your browser's site-data settings to clear storage for this site. This removes saved credits, rounds and preferences. Downloaded exports and emails remain wherever you saved them.
You can remove comparison entries individually or use its clear-selection control. If Aviator offers a temporary session because persistent play is unavailable, that session's rounds and balance stay in memory and are lost when the page closes or reloads. Preferences can still be saved when browser storage is available.
What reaches the server
Loading a page sends a request to the server, including the requested address and connection information such as an IP address. The browser also sends request headers, which may include browser information, applicable cookies and a referring page. These requests allow the server to deliver the site and handle errors.
Search terms, filters and comparison selections appear in page addresses. They can therefore remain in browser history and server request logs. A shared address exposes those selections to whoever receives it. Keep passwords, account details and other private information out of the search field.
How long information is kept
- Routine server logs: up to 30 days
- Our retention policy limits ordinary server request logs under our control to 30 days. Hosting providers can also hold service and security records under their own policies.
- Email: up to 12 months after an enquiry ends
- Our policy is to remove correspondence and its attachments within 12 months after the conversation is completed. Clearing your browser does not delete these messages.
- Saved demo data: controlled in your browser
- The game limits the number and size of retained rounds, but does not expire localStorage after a set number of days. Use the game controls or your browser settings to remove it.
When you email us or leave the site
The contact link opens your email application. Sending a message shares your email address, message and any attachments with the receiving mailbox and the mail services that deliver it. We use correspondence to answer enquiries and investigate reported errors. Include the page address and enough detail to explain the issue; leave out passwords, identity documents and private financial records.
Slotron runs on a hosting server, with Cloudflare acting as a proxy for website delivery and security. Mail sent to [email protected] is forwarded to a mailbox hosted by Google. Hosting, delivery and mail services process request or message data and may process it outside your country, including in the United States.
Provider information: Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
Links to casinos and evidence sources open another website. That site's own privacy practices apply to your visit. Your browser may send it a referring address, depending on browser and website settings. Removing Slotron's browser storage does not remove information held by those sites or in a mailbox.
Ask about your information
Contact [email protected] with a privacy question or a request concerning correspondence you sent us. Identify the message or issue so we can find the relevant information. We cannot retrieve or delete game history that exists only in your browser; use the controls described on this page.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to a data protection authority. These rights have conditions and do not apply identically to every record. You can use the email address below to make a request.
