Italy: ADM concessions and online casino checks
How to use Italy’s ADM resources to check a remote-gambling concession, identify the operator and find self-exclusion information.

Look for the ADM concession
Italy’s Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, usually shortened to ADM, publishes information on authorised remote-gambling concessionaires. Its player FAQ points readers to that list when checking whether an online gambling site is legal.
A website may show the ADM logo or describe itself as licensed. The useful evidence is the corresponding official record for the operator and site. An overseas licence should not be substituted for an Italian concession.
Match the site you are actually reading
A brand can have several websites, with different legal companies or market rules. Copy the domain from the page whose terms you are checking and compare it with the official information. A matching logo or similar name is too weak a basis for transferring an authorisation claim.
| Item | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Company | The concessionaire’s legal identity |
| Concession | The official authorisation reference |
| Website | The domain associated with the service |
| Terms | The account and product conditions on that domain |
ADM’s resources distinguish remote gambling from other forms of gaming. A general reference to an Italian gaming business does not explain the scope of its online permission.
Account conditions and self-exclusion
ADM’s FAQ distinguishes exclusion across remote-gambling concessionaires through the Registro Unico Autoesclusi from suspending an account with a single concessionaire. Those actions have different coverage. Follow the current ADM procedure for the available options and their effects.
An exclusion mechanism depends on the regulated system and the conditions of the chosen procedure. It should not be assumed to cover an unrelated offshore service merely because that service lets an Italian resident create an account.
What a country label means
Slotron’s Italy records describe the casino’s own published country policy. An Accepted label would require an explicit source naming Italy; it would still be separate from an ADM concession check. If the terms explicitly exclude Italy, we retain the restriction. Silence leaves the policy unknown.
The catalog does not establish eligibility by opening an account, making a deposit or attempting a withdrawal. Payment routes and game-provider restrictions remain separate facts. Use the source and review date alongside the label, especially when a casino operates more than one domain or changes its terms.
