Crash games: what the rising multiplier means

A crash game gives each round a visible countdown to an unknown ending. Learn what cashout changes, how games in this category differ, and how to read a demo result without mistaking it for a forecast.

An illustrative multiplier curve shows a cashout point before the round-ending cross. No numerical outcome is predicted.
Cashout must precede the end of a round. The curve illustrates the mechanic and does not represent a forecast or recorded game.

The basic round

In a typical crash game, a player places a stake before a round begins. A multiplier then rises until the round ends. A successful cashout returns the stake multiplied by the cashout value; a stake still exposed at the end loses. Aviator's plane and Spaceman's astronaut give that shared mechanic different visual settings. Aviator · Spaceman

The decision is whether to accept the available multiplier or keep the stake exposed. Waiting can increase the potential payout, but the round may end before the chosen target. The illustration above shows the order of events, not the chance of any particular outcome.

Cashout, profit and loss

Suppose a demo stake is 10 credits. A successful cashout at 1.50× returns 15 credits in total, giving a net gain of 5. At 3.00× it would return 30 credits, a net gain of 20. If the round ends before cashout, the stake returns zero. These are arithmetic examples, not estimates of how often a target will be reached.

That distinction helps when reading a results list. A displayed payout usually includes the original stake, so it should not automatically be read as profit. A large multiplier also tells you nothing about how much a particular player staked or whether they stayed in the round long enough to receive it.

Games can share a category and have different rules

The developer's rules matter. Partial cashouts, automatic targets, maximum payouts and the way a round is settled can differ between titles. Pragmatic Play's March 2022 announcement for Spaceman described an option to cash out half a stake and leave the remainder active. That is a concrete example of a feature that should not be assumed to exist in every crash game. Provider announcement

Check in the rules Why it matters
Cashout and settlement Defines when a request succeeds or is too late
Automatic target Explains what happens if the round ends before it
Maximum payout or multiplier Sets the upper boundary of a successful round
Connection and interruption rules Explains what happens when play is interrupted

Aviator on Slotron

You can open Aviator directly from this category. The page contains a free local Slotron simulation, followed by information about the original SPRIBE game and sourced casino listings. Its two stake panels settle separately. Automatic cashout is available; automatic repeat betting is not.

Our demo pauses when the tab is hidden and resumes only when you choose to continue. Its virtual players are explicitly simulated. Those are Slotron design choices, so do not assume an operator's original game will behave the same way when you leave a page.

Reading the catalog

A category groups games by their mechanics. It does not establish that a particular casino offers every game in that group. Open an individual title to see its provider, evidence and any casino-specific listings. An unspecified country on a listing means that country availability has not been established.

A short run of low results is not a promise of a high result next. Treat the history as a record of completed rounds. If you want to stop, use the demo's pause controls; our Responsible play page explains them and links to support resources.
